Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Meterlink, the Smart Meter Management System and Water Management System platform operated by WCO Global, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Use of the Platform

  • The platform is intended for authorized utilities, organizations, and registered users only.
  • Users must ensure that login credentials are kept confidential.
  • Unauthorized access, misuse of data, or system interference is strictly prohibited.
  • Users agree to provide accurate and updated information when required.

Data & System Availability

Meterlink strives to ensure accurate meter readings and system uptime. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, network failures, or third-party service disruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Limitation of Liability

WCO Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including inaccuracies in meter data caused by device, network, or integration issues beyond our reasonable control.

Modifications to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use of Meterlink after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
